Reflection:

As a young boy Okonkwo was forced to work so that he could support his family. In a society with strong traditions and high values Okonkwo’s father was worthless. Achebe tries to make us part of this society by describing traditional customs without explaining, almost as of we already know or to introduced by slowly developing into the customs and traditions.
