Reflection:

Although the priestess of Agbala is a women she is significant individual in the Ibo society. Even though, women in the Ibo culture are essentially viewed as inferiors, some are recognized as people of importance. When those people of importance meet they greet themselves by breaking a kola nut and drinking palm oil in the order of their age first then their status. Some times successful mean allow other farmeres to have their yams and after all the toil 1/3 would go back to the owner.
